Kourtney Hrdlicka brings a lifetime of real estate exposure and a genuine heart for service to every client she works with. Raised in a family that has been involved in real estate for many years, Kourtney grew up around the business and learned early what it takes to guide people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives. Some of her favorite memories are the time spent alongside family while learning the industry firsthand.

Before joining Copper State, Kourtney spent many years in the veterinary industry, where she built a reputation for compassion, patience, and staying calm when it matters most. Those same qualities carry directly into how she cares for her clients today.

Kourtney and her husband have been together for a long time and are proud locals who know this community inside and out. At home, she tends a small farm and is rarely far from the animals she loves. Whether you are buying your first home, selling a longtime property, or searching for land with room for animals of your own, Kourtney offers local knowledge, honest guidance, and a steady hand from start to finish.
